Community Center

The Vista Oaks Community Center is available for use to all Vista Oaks residents.

Some areas do require access using an assigned key fob. Other areas have specific open hours.

Please view the New Residents page to request a fob or to reserve the Community Center Clubhouse.

Amenity Center
Reservation for the amenity center are free, however we require that parties of 15 or more hire a lifeguard to be present for the safety of the guests.

Meeting Room and Kitchen
The meeting room and kitchen may be reserved by residents in good standing for private parties upon submittal and approval of a reservation. There is no fee for use, however we require that parties of 15 or more hire a lifeguard to be present for the safety of the guests.

Pavilion and Fire Pit
The Pavilion is available for use by residents in good standing. There is no fee for use and reservations are not required. Use if on a first come first serve basis.

Hours: 8am – 10pm

Playground
Vista Oaks residents enjoy the use of 2 playground areas in the community. One located at the amenity center adjacent to the swimming pool and the other located in the greenbelt between Honeybear Loop and Vista Isle Drive.

Pool
The swimming pool is available to residents in good standing from 6am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

  • The pool cannot be reserved for private parties.
  • LIFEGUARD ON DUTY PART TIME ONLY. Use of the facility is at your discretion. Swim at your own risk.
  • Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, firearms, or weapons of any type are not allowed within the Recreation Center Area.
  • Children under the age of thirteen (13) must be accompanied by an adult, age eighteen or over.
  • No glass containers allowed in the Recreation Center area, including pool area and playscape.
  • No pets, bicycles, skateboards, or roller blades within pool fence, or playscape area.
  • An adult member must accompany all guests at all times. Please limit guests to five (5) per residence.

Courts are open for Vista Oaks Residents from 7am – 10pm
